Military aircrafts

Some aircrafts are military, but they are marked as 'civil'. How can I change this?

Open the localaircraft.txt file using Notepad or another text editor.  Select all the content of the file and paste here.

How do you launch VRS?  Do you have a Desktop shortcut?

If you do, right click on the Desktop icon for VRS and select Properties.  What is shown under "Target"?
