Airnav consists of Akbar Sherwani in London, Andre Brandao at large and a nameless geek in California who is responsible for the 3D side of things.

One has to hand it to AirNav.  If it has to find an excuse, any excuse, it will always succeed.

"PM to support - still no response - This is starting to be a bit pathetic.
I am getting delayed info from the network despite having paid for real time. My account only expires in a weeks time. This added to the fact that we were without network coverage for a long period is starting to make me angry.

How do you get a response from support if they do not respond to emails or pm's?"

"Chris, we are really sorry for this delay.
Our support team member got sick 4 days ago and the rest of the team can't cope with the number of support tickets we had. We will back with an answer within the next 24 hours."

"Team".  What team?  And why so many support tickets?

Somehow I don't buy this excuse.  But 10/10 for invention.

A family emergency and now 4 days sick, what do you think the next excuse will be for them not doing anything?

Just re-read this pile of rubbish.  By the sounds of it, Air Nav customers are reporting their problems in droves, "can't cope with the number of support tickets we had".  If Brandao spent less time lying to his customers and more time sorting out the problems with Radarbox, they wouldn't have a large number of support tickets.

Utter BS!

Second time in the last six months they have used that excuse of someone being sick and no being able to get work done. 8)

More lies Birdie.

I doubt if any of the Air Nav crowd has the ability to father a child, let alone find anyone of the opposite sex to marry them!

Not exactly constructive critisism really.

Is there any point to this post..?  are we here to ask about parenting opportunities? or wedding plans ?   not what the majority of members (pardon the pun) are here for.

Mod deleted content, what's the matter with moderators the world over, it's black humour.

I despair at times.

OK, here's my view.

When I saw the post I thought "I can understand why some RadarBox customers get fed up with AirNav's undelivered claims and promises but what's the point in repeating the same things over and over again?"

I didn't delete or moderate the post as previous hints should be enough.

Clearly not everyone shares my view and Smudger is perfectly entitled to question the value of these posts.

So, in order to move on, can I suggest we stick to the message topic and only post relevant and newsworthy messages?
