Aircraft not displaying correctly

Morning everyone.
I have a problem with my basestation. I still receive the same amount of Aircraft in the list (regularly over 100), but many of them are taking upto 10 minutes to plot. Even then they are static on the screen and don't move. The problem is the same on PC and laptop and whichever Antenna I use. Also the 4 blue lights are constantly on without antenna attached.  Anyone any ideas and can it be repaired? If so can anyone recommend someone. I live in the Coventry area?

Get a quote.  It may be cheaper to buy a Raspberry Pi and DVB-T SDR instead.
